In this phase, we focus on the fees that are being assessed to your plan and the participants; both the surface level fees as well as the embedded expenses that can be difficult for you to see and understand. Once we have all of the fees transparently laid out, we are able to systematically re-negotiate each one on your behalf, often times dramatically reducing the costs without changing vendors.
In cases where vendors are overpriced and equally inflexible, we will sit on your side of the negotiating table to walk you through a full RFP process. We manage the flow of information, analyze and review proposals and guide you in making an informed and knowledgeable decision. We work with you to be your personal plan benefit consultant, independent and unbiased.
